MOPA) fue creado por iniciativa popular a trav\u00e9s de la organizaci\u00f3n sin \u00e1nimo de lucro 501 (c) 3, buscando generar una fuerza positiva a trav\u00e9s de su poder poder transformador, que ayudase en el buen desarrollo de la sociedad.
